This is the show that started it for me, the reason I felt compelled to learn .html and put up a website. I was a big fan of the show and went online to get more information about it. I discovered something called fanfic, and became addicted to reading X-Files fiction. I finally started writing my own and needed a way to showcase my stories. At the same time, I was becoming a big fan of Photoshop and also wanted to show off my efforts of changing and distorting pictures from the show. Thus, Fran's Place was born.

I haven't written any X-Files fiction in years, but what I have written seems to stand the test of time. There are a couple of novel length stories and a few shorter ones that all got pretty good reviews at the time. Please look for them in the Fiction section.

The old Photoshop pictures I did are still around but fairly small in comparison to the large screens around today. I have found a few high quality pictures and wallpapers from around the internet, so check out the Gallery.
