Said farewell to my dog Knight, a Keeshond mix who passed away suddenly overnight at the age of nine. He appeared slightly sick this week with the only symptoms being fatigue, mild vomiting and not eating all of his dinner.
I fear he may have picked up something bad from eating dead birds which seem to be in abundance in my neighborhood and my own backyard. Caught him with a dead baby bird which he didn't bother to eat, and a couple of days later I found a feather on the sofa.
He will be greatly missed.
